Getting to the Bahamas

There are only two boats that take you on a one-day cruise from Miami, or, Fort Lauderdale area, to the Bahamas. Go from Miami to Bimini, Bahamas, or, Fort Lauderdale to Freeport, Bahamas. A few other ships can take you on 2 and 3 night cruises from, Cruise Port of Palm Beach, Cruise Port of Miami, or, Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port, on trips to Freeport and Nassau.

    For the 2 night Bahamas cruise clients leaving from Port of Palm Beach we have a valey parking service for $20 per night, per vehicle
  1. Upon arriving at the entrance to the Port, the valet staff will direct you to the vehicle drop-off area, directly across from the Cruise Terminal. With our convenient curbside parking service, guests embarking on the Grand Celebration for a Bahamas cruise will be in the Cruise Terminal within minutes and on their way to a relaxing vacation.
  2. Self parking and covered parking are not available at the Port of Palm Beach for passengers embarking on a cruise
  3. Only valet parking service is available for vehicles parked overnight at the Port of Palm Beach
  4. Self parking is only available for visitors to Port of Palm Beach who do not require overnight parking.


  5. Port of Palm Beach Parking accepts cash (U.S. Dollars), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and traveler's checks.
  6. American Express and personal checks are not accepted.
  7. Remove all valuables from your vehicle. Make sure you have your phone, travel documents and wallet with you.
  8. Take a photo of your valet ticket prior to entering the Cruise Terminal. If you lose your ticket during the cruise, this photo will make retrieving your car much easier.
  9. Walk around and inspect your vehicle when you arrive at the valet drop-off area. Take pictures as needed.
  10. If you have a rental car, take a photo of the license plate or keep the rental contract with you.

From I-95 North:

  • Proceed to Blue Heron Blvd (Exit 76).
  • Proceed East past Old Dixie Hwy to US 1 (Broadway, shown as Federal Hwy on the Google map below).
  • Turn Right and proceed South to 11th Street (at base of SkyPass bridge).
  • Turn Left onto 11th St.
  • The Cruise Terminal and MOC are at end of the street.

From I·95 South:

  • Proceed to 45th Street (Exit 74).
  • Proceed East (Over two separate sets of railroad tracks) to US 1 (Broadway, shown as Federal Hwy on the Google map above).
  • Turn Left and proceed North to 11th Street.
  • As you drive down the north side of the SkyPass bridge, get in the right hand turn lane.
  • At the base of the Skypass Bridge, turn Right onto 11th St.
  • The Cruise Terminal and MOC are at end of the street.

2 night Freeport Bahamas Cruise

Bahamas cruises offer many bundles: a two-night journey to Grand Bahama and a voyage and-stay bundle. The two-night journey, accessible all year, seven days seven days, invites travelers on board at the Port of Palm Beach around early afternoon, travels medium-term and achieves Grand Bahama by 8 a.m. on day two. The ship withdraws for the arrival leg of the voyage at 5 p.m. also, lands back at Palm Beach by 7 a.m. on day three for disembarkation.
